Description A national multi-family management company, has an opening for a highly motivated, full-time Groundskeeper to join our team. Must be capable of working with little or no supervision, and be able to work outside, in all weather conditions and to perform physically difficult work. Position Summary: Responsible for keeping the grounds of the community in an attractive condition; for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks and alleyways of community in a clean and safe condition. Job Responsibilities: Picks up litter on grounds and waters lawn, shrubs and flowers as needed. Sprays with insecticides as needed. Maintains watering and drainage systems. Assists in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies. Assists with any emergency maintenance and with preparing make-readies. Cleans all hallways and common areas. Cleans all parking areas. Cleans all sidewalks and alleyways. Assists in other types of maintenance when necessary.
