Plant Yates Maintenance Specialist Sr. Job Responsibilities: - Serve as technical system owner responsible for maintenance strategy, reliability, and long‑term performance of assigned plant systems. - Develop, execute, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance strategies using equipment history, PM effectiveness, and failure data. - Provide technical guidance and oversight for maintenance execution, including job scoping, prioritization, planning, scheduling, and weekly work plan coordination. - Lead or support Root Cause Analyses (RCA ) and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat failures. - Plan, schedule, and execute forced, planned, and maintenance outages, including scope development, contractor coordination, and execution oversight. - Coordinate major maintenance, repair, replacement, and capital activities, ensuring adherence to OEM specifications, maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and contract terms. - Analyze abnormal or critical equipment conditions and develop sound technical solutions that balance reliability, cost, and operational risk. - Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned systems, providing technical guidance to ma...
