Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide leadership in coordinating and overseeing all healthcare services for individuals served within Northeast Arc’s Residential Division. The Director of Nursing ensures individuals served achieve their maximum level of health and wellness. The Director of Nursing supervises all Residential Nurse’s, provides Direct Case management as required and collaborates closely with Residential Division Director to ensure the needs of the division are met. Responsibilities: - Ensures nursing services provided meet the acute, episodic, and long-term care needs of individuals by designing, implementing, and evaluating service systems that promote high quality health care. - Supervises the performance of nursing staff through direct observation, report reviews, supervision meetings, and collaboration with program directors s to ensure competency in practice.
