Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging with a strong focus on EV technology, software, and user experience. 3. Localize global product and technology strategies from Chinese HQ for European / German market needs. 4. Drive EV product launches, including go-to-market planning and cross-functional coordination. 5. Develop clear product storytelling around battery technology, charging, connectivity, ADAS, and sustainability. 6. Create and maintain product marketing assets, sales tools, and training materials for XIAOMI sales staff. 7. Conduct competitive EV benchmarking and continuously optimize differentiation. 8. Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Software teams to feed market insights into future development. 9. Ensure compliance with European and German regulatory requirements for EV communication.职位要求1.
