Hourly Pay Range: $24.86 - $37.29 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Mental Health Associate I Sign on bonus: N/A: Location: Linden Oaks Hospital ; Naperville, IL Part Time/Full Time : Part Time (20 hours) Hours: Evening Shift (3:00-11:30pm) Rotating Holidays/Weekends required A Brief Overview: The Mental Health Associate I provides direct patient care to patients with mental health disorders. The Mental Health Associate I performs treatment planning and implementation while facilitating groups within assigned treatment programs. The Mental Health Associate I ensures the safety and well-being of these patients by maintaining a safe environment and documents according to department/organization procedures. What you will do: Facilitates didactic, educational and unit/program community groups within the assigned treatment programs. Encourages and facilitates patients’ participation in therapeutic activities. Supervises patients to ensure their safety and their involvement in treatment.
