Team Introduction: Creators and Athletes are the heart and soul of Sports on TikTok. The Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Creator and Athlete community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase Athlete engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. About the Role: The Creator & Athlete Management Lead for Sports will have extensive experience of leading teams and managing high value sports accounts. The lead will be a strong people leader with a coaching mindset and an ability to develop high performing teams and maintain strong morale. The lead will be accountable for adapting the global business priorities on Sports to the North America market, setting the strategy and tactics towards achieving the management of the highest impact creator and Athlete accounts and their sustained growth within the vertical.
