Kroll Agency and Trustee Services Ltd (“KATS”) provides independent, conflict‑free agency and trustee services to the global loan and bond markets. We support a wide range of syndicated, bilateral, private credit, restructuring, and privately placed transactions, delivering high‑touch service, speed of execution, and technical expertise. The Senior Associate has a key role within the Loan Servicing team, responsible for the accurate administration and oversight of a complex portfolio of loan transactions. The role requires strong technical knowledge of loan agency operations, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence in handling complex calculations, client queries, and escalations. In addition the role supports the effective running of business‑as‑usual activities, provides guidance and oversight to junior team members, and partners with management on workflow control, process improvement, and project delivery.
