Job Description: As a Grounds Supervisor , you will: - Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work. - Empties all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed. - Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway. - Sweeps curbs and sidewalks. - Cleans grounds and removes litter. - Empty trash cans in the public area buildings - Empty dumpsters. - Operates trash compactor. - Empties recycle bins. - Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers.
