The HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations including the administration of policies, procedures and programs for Waste Pro of . The HR Generalist will provide staffing support and work with managers and employees, to ensure understanding of policies, procedures and benefits. This position requires a high degree of organization, planning, task management and accuracy. QUALIFICATIONS: - Partners with hiring managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Includes posting requisitions, outreach initiatives, sourcing resumes, and preparing offers. Collects pre-employment screening results to assist in making employment decisions and coordinates employee orientation. - Represent company at trade schools, colleges/universities, professional organizations, and job fairs, as needed. - Maintains electronic personnel files ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed and uploaded to the HRIS. - Responsible for compliance with I9 completion and retention, E-Verify, reasonable accommodations and posted notices. - Answers employee and management inquiries regarding company policies, procedures and programs. - Ensures accurate compl...
