What you’ll do: - Ensure adherence to individual service plans and administer prescribed treatments. - Conduct meaningful rounds with residents and record visits on charts. - Administer injections, perform in-house testing procedures, and record vital signs. - Supervise and assign duties to nurse aides, monitor their work, and assist in carrying out the activities program. - Communicate with physicians and follow through with orders. Handle medication preparation, administration, and documentation. - Monitor condition of medication room, cart, and refrigerator. - Chart accurately and in accordance with facility policy and state guidelines.
