Staff Nurse - Stead Family Children's Hospital Pediatric Specialty Clinic- Endocrinology (80%) - ( 26002628 ) Description Sign-on incentive: Qualified candidates with a minimum of two years of experience are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 The University of Iowa Health Care Department of Nursing is seeking a Staff Nurse to perform specific tasks to assist members of the Nursing team in providing patient care under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager. The Endocrinology Registered Nurse (RN) will collaborate closely with the Endocrine team, including physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and nursing staff, in both clinical and office settings. In the office, responsibilities will include triaging calls, coordinating patient care, managing MyChart messages, prescription refills, clinic prep and handling necessary documentation. In the clinical setting, the RN will provide patient education and ensure patients endocrine testing is complete Duties Include but are not limited to: Percent of Time: 80% 32 hours/week Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0830 - 1700 Location: John Pappajohn Pavilion (JPP) Rotations: No holidays, no weekends, no call Salary: $60,000 minimum...
