Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Technician to join our Primary Care team! Position Summary: This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA).
