Job Summary: The Supervisor-RN PACE develops, coordinates and maintains a smooth operation within Clinical and PACE Center Services. Oversees the care delivery for PACE Participants. Coordinates with Medical Staff, clinicians and PACE Center staff to assure clinical efficiency. Ensures PACE Center regulatory compliance and utilization effectiveness. Directs licensed and ancillary personnel in monitoring productivity while emphasizing quality and safety of the PACE Participant. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program required. Bachelors’ of Science in Nursing Degree preferred. Minium two years acute care or clinical care experience required. Minimum one year PACE RN experience preferred. Minimum one year of supervisory and/or management experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of DHCS and CMS PACE rules and regulations. Knowledge of the elderly population and providing safe-space and relate interpersonally with them.
