Job Summary As a Medicare Planning Advisor (MPA), you will play a critical role in driving Florida Blue Medicare's membership growth. You will work closely with prospective and current members transitioning to Medicare or seeking a new Medicare plan, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their purchasing cycle. The MPA is a telephonic sales role and includes the following responsibilities: Operate as a licensed telephonic sales agent, utilizing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to drive sales growth and retention. - Engage with Medicare prospects and existing members to educate and guide them in the sales process by assisting them in selecting and enrolling in a suitable Medicare and ancillary plan. - Develop and maintain long term relationships with an assigned base of existing Florida Blue members aging into Medicare, ensuring their healthcare needs are met.
