Description Traveling Sheet Metal Foreman Location: Florida (Travel Required – Projects in Midway, Fort Pierce & surrounding areas) Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 base salary (DOE) + Performance-Based Commission Company: CKP South Heating & Cooling, LLC Position Overview: CKP South Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Traveling Sheet Metal Foreman to lead commercial HVAC sheet metal installations across multiple Florida project sites. This role will oversee field crews, ensure high-quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule and within scope. Upcoming projects include Midway (March 2026 start), Fort Pierce (June 2026), and additional projects throughout the state. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys travel, and takes pride in delivering top-tier commercial HVAC installations.
