Tribal Level: TL:124.1 or TL:125.1: Location: Lincoln City, OR. Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt. INTRODUCTION: The clinic RN provides quality safe nursing care to patients of Siletz Community Health Clinic while working within the scope of practice. This position assists providers and other team members in a wide variety of duties, as well as coordinating care to optimize patient outcomes. DUTIES: - All duties are expected to be performed in accordance with Siletz Community Health Clinic and CTSI policies and procedures, in addition to scope of practice, tribal, state and federal regulations. - Participates in assessing, planning and implementing in delivery of patient care in a primary care setting. Performs direct care activities by administering medications, vaccines, or other treatments as ordered then observes and documents patient response.
