Reporting to the VP, HRBP, you will lead a high-performing PMO team to bridge the gap between ambitious vision and measurable business impact. This is a high-visibility leadership role designed for a heavy-hitter who thrives on driving discipline, rigour, and velocity. You won’t just manage a portfolio; you will orchestrate the global People agenda, ensuring every initiative is prioritised for value, aligned cross-functionally, and delivered with precision.
