Onsite General Manager

Job description

The Onsite General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained building and ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state and local laws. The General Manager works closely with the Board of Directors of the association to manage the day-to-day operations of the community including fiscal management, facilities management, record keeping and communication. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist with implementation of Board policy and directives within the scope of the management agreement. Works with the board on strategic initiatives, policy governance and association projects. - Supervise all the staff at the community. - Assist with employee hiring, training, supervising, and performance management. - Assist with preparing schedules and establishing priorities for routine and special work projects. - Assist with annual budget. - Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures. - Act as or oversee the primary liaison with the Ass...
