Job description

The Insurance Services Program Manager works to optimize efficiencies throughout the Agency’s sales, service, and/or operational teams. The Program Manager will lead a variety of initiatives and advise in the design and implementation of process improvements, core system relationship management, onboarding, and quality assurance efforts to drive member experience and business growth. In this role, the Program Manager will act as an Insurance Agency advocate for Credit Union employees.
