Lending & Portfolio Services Specialist (15 Month Contract)

We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary offices . Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance. This a 15 month fixed term opportunity. Role Overview: The Lending & Portfolio Services Specialist supports commercial and consumer lending operations by managing the end-to-end servicing lifecycle. This includes verifying EFTs, wires, and transfers, processing property taxes, and supporting funding and payment activities. The role ensures accurate recordkeeping by maintaining digital loan files and uploading documentation, while coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners such as CMHC, servicers, insurers, and brokers. It also supports client and investor relationships through ongoing communication and issue resolution. A strong understanding of mortgage policies, company procedures, and the CMHC servicing framework is essential to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficient portfolio management.
