The welder welds together metal components of products such as Drilling Rigs, pipelines, pre-fabricated risers, vehicles, and heavy equipment with (SMAW) Shield Metal Arc Welding or (GTAW) Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, (GMAW) Gas Metal Arc Welding, Oxy-acetylene welding. Gather dimensions and lays them out on structural steel / high pressure piping. Rolls, offsets, miters, and “POP” are calculated to produce pre-fabricate finished goods. Fabrication / installation of conductor, Braiden-head, casing cut-offs, plug and abandon. Provides bill of material / ISO for installation of Compressors / pig launchers.
