Summary Under the direction of the Statewide Director and in close collaboration with Program and Outreach Managers, the Program & Outreach Support Coordinator provides coordination, communication, and administrative support for WRTP | BIG STEP programming and outreach activities. This role supports participant workflow, intake, data management, and operational coordination, and plays a critical role in tracking participants from initial inquiry through enrollment and program completion.
