Benefits: FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fill our HVAC Maintenance Technician position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide. Job Summary : Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing, HVAC systems for commercial and residential properties. Technicians will be assigned to multiple locations throughout the Greater Baton Rouge Area and must be available for after-hour emergency calls. - 401(k) matching - Health insurance - Opportunity for advancement - Paid time off - Training & development Essential Job Duties: - Responsible for all preventive maintenance, necessary maintenance, and minor repairs to the HVAC systems on commercial and residential properties. Must have working knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure proper operations. - Conduct periodic general preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. This includes normal lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, replacement of consumable parts (filters, indicator lights, etc.) and periodic testing of equipment. - Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records.
