The Opportunity Reporting to the Senior Training Manager Oceania, the Puig Trainer will have a passion for sharing knowledge and building communities to success. To succeed in this role, you will need strong organisational, communication and presentation skills, a knowledge of the retail space and the ability and desire to think outside the box to help disrupt the category to drive sellout and consumer loyalty across multiple channels. This role will need to be comfortable in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally. What you'll get to do: We'd love to meet you if you have - Training and coaching needs for NSW, ACT and QLD across all channels - Manage execution of Welcome to Puig - In field coaching and developing prestige BA’s for rabanne, CH , JPG and Penhaligon's back wall business, based on the needs of the business. - In field support for Penhaligon’s Fragrance Consultants - Coaching of new recruits (both prestige and Penhaligon’s) before they attend Welcome to Puig/induction - Responsible for the NSW, ACT & QLD journey planner - Support in development and execution of CIA, Conference, Inspire, CM training.
