About The Role Do you want to progress your finance career and step in to the world of finance business partnering ? Kinetic IT is looking for a dynamic Finance Analyst or Junior Finance Business Partner to join their Strategic Finance team of 7. This role will work closely with the Lead FBP and Senior FBP supporting activities for one of our key portfolios. Responsibilities will include: - Assist with analysing financial performance to help explain results and trends - Support preparation of reports comparing actuals vs budget/forecast (variance analysis) - Help track weekly and monthly KPIs and financial results - Assist with revenue checks, including invoices, WIP (work in progress), and deferred revenue - Support monitoring of costs and overhead spending - Build understanding of business processes and systems to see what drives financial performance - Assist in preparing forecasts and updating financial models using PowerBI - Maintain and update financial reports, dashboards, and data accuracy - Provide support on project proposals, tenders, and scenario analysis - Work closely with the Lead and Senior FBP to contribute to work including monthly performance reporting etc - Enga...
