Job Title: Injection Manager: Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent Expected Hiring Date: Target September 2026 (flexible; earlier start possible) Scope: Local (Plant-based role in Toledo, OH; exposure to corporate and regional injection networks) Responsibilities: - Lead injection molding operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and performance targets in a JIT automotive environment. - Manage and develop a large injection organization, including engineers, maintenance, shift leaders, and tool room teams (approximately 50 employees). - Ensure compliance with Corporate and Business Group HSE and energy requirements. - Drive disciplined daily management routines, KPI reviews, and structured problem-solving to ensure KPI convergence. - Guarantee production output meets customer specifications, including high standards for visual and cosmetic parts. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives across injection molding processes, equipment performanc...
