Most commonly working in the Operating Room, CRNAs also respond to emergencies, work in the cath and IR labs, and regularly support the birth center. They may provide consultations for inpatients and routinely supervise the pre-anesthesia clinic. CRNAs function independently under the scope of their privileges and license.
