Department: 35150 Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Nursing: Pediatric Behavioral Health 2SA Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: - 3-12 hour shifts - 6:30pm - 7:00am - Every 3rd Weekend Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Behavioral Health Winston-Salem, NC, United States: This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements! Where You Will Work: Pediatric Behavioral Health (16 Beds) Pediatric Behavioral Health is a 16 bed child/adolescent unit. Average daily census is 14. Our unit collaborates with providers, nursing teammates, recreational therapy, music therapy, social work, chaplaincy, and several other child-friendly volunteer groups. Our average length of stay is 5-7 days. We currently utilize the CPI de-escalation program. We were recently voted twice as a unit to "likely recommend for care" by patients and families.
