Cobble Hill Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee all plant operations and ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and knowledgeable in skilled nursing facility regulations and building systems management. Position Summary: The Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall operation, safety, and appearance of the facility's physical plant. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining a comfortable and secure environment for residents.
