Quality Manager

Job description

Reports to: Director of Quality Supervises: QA/QC Inspectors: Works closely with: Project Engineer, Project Manager, Lead Superintendent, Superintendents, Owners, Engineers Additional Activities/ Responsibilities/ Duties: - Acts as an advocate for Signal Energy, LLC by promoting all company policies and procedures and promoting a positive attitude towards the goals of each project. Must represent Signal Energy professionally with clients, subcontractors, and others at all times. - Works with the Quality Manager, Project Manager, and Lead Superintendent to ensure that the needs of the field QA/QC Inspector staff are being addressed. - Manage the project team that continuously assesses the quality of the work performed, tracks and assures corrective actions are completed in accordance with Signal Energy’s Quality Policies and Procedures. - Champion quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the project. - Effectively manage Quality personnel who perform audit, inspection, surveillance and/or testing activities in accordance with the project quality program. - Manage solar energy projects Quality program for the construction of roads, foundations, high voltage electric...
