Job description

As a Data Center Technician II , you will work closely with Data Center Leads to install, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and cabling. This role requires advanced technical proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting critical data center operations. How You Will Make an Impact: - Manage and execute the ticket management process with accuracy and efficiency. - Apply advanced diagnostic methods to troubleshoot and resolve complex data center equipment issues. - Accurately pull and manage inventory according to established processes and update inventory systems promptly. - Perform server repairs , including replacing hard drives, RAM, motherboards, and other components. - Physically assist with moving and racking equipment for projects and operational needs. - We are Hardware/Component replacement focused with the possibility of delving into software in the future - Lead or support special projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely completion. - Assist with training new hires and working with our Global Training Team - Carry out Lead responsibilities when the Data Center Lead is out of office or e...
