General Statement of Duties: The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of their assigned nursing unit to ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This role providers leadership and guidance to nursing team members, coordinates care with interdisciplinary team members, and ensures compliance with all applicable clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
