Description The Forklift Operator – Cherry Picker is responsible for operating order picker (cherry picker) equipment to safely retrieve, transport, and store materials within elevated warehouse racking systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and production flow within a high-volume logistics environment. The operator ensures precise picking, proper product handling, and adherence to Schnellecke Logistics safety, quality, and operational standards. Requirements: Qualifications: - Operate cherry picker (order picker) forklifts to retrieve and place materials in elevated rack locations - Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems - Stage, package, and label materials for shipment according to customer and operational requirements - Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues - Maintain accurate inventory movements and support cycle counting or inventory audits as needed - Ensure proper placement and organization of materials within designated warehouse locations - Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard operating procedures at all times...
