Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Network Operations & Maintenance: - Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and load balancers. - Ensure optimal performance and availability of network services across a nationwide footprint. - Support and maintain VoIP solutions to ensure reliable voice communication across the organization. Service Management: - Support and maintain VPN connectivity for remote users and secure communications. - Manage internet connectivity via TIC (Trusted Internet Connection) and ensure compliance with security standards. - Maintain and optimize cloud connectivity with AWS and Azure environments. - Oversee high-speed connectivity through ESNet for critical applications and data transfers. Incident Response & Support: - Provide 24x7 support for network-related incidents and outages, including on-call rotation. - Diagnose and resolve complex network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
