Benefits we offer!: What the Tasting Room Bar Back does! As a tasting room bar back, you’ll be essential in connecting the back of the house to the front of the house. You ensure that the tasting room is prepared for service and well stocked, so our sales team can focus their attention on providing exceptional service. This role provides the perfect opportunity to become familiar with our wines and the winery while developing the knowledge and skills required for other guest facing roles.
