Bell and HotSox. Partnering closely with the Design Director and Brand Leadership, this role translates brand strategy into compelling, trend-right product—from initial concept through final sample approval. This position requires a strong eye for color, pattern, and knit construction, along with a deep understanding of the contemporary market and consumer. The Designer will balance creativity with execution, delivering innovative, commercially viable product in a fast-paced environment.
