We are looking for a Business Enablement & Governance Lead (m/f/d) to play a key leadership role in our global transformation landscape, supporting major initiatives such as: SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service rollout and SAP MDG for master data governance. In this role, you will ensure that transformation is not only delivered technically, but successfully adopted by the business. You will lead business enablement, governance, and demand orchestration across our Sales and Service companies (“Mixed Sales Companies”), enabling harmonized processes and sustainable change. You will act as a bridge between business and IT leadership, ensuring structured governance, risk control, and high-quality delivery across programs.
