Position Overview We are seeking a passionate Vocational Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with special needs in developing job skills and succeeding in workplace settings. Responsibilities include providing hands-on training in job tasks, equipment use, and safety, coordinating employment supports such as transportation, and assisting with job development. You will help develop client goals and assessments, document progress, implement behavior support strategies, and advocate for clients in the workplace. This role plays a key part in promoting independence, building confidence, and supporting individuals in achieving their employment goals through a person-centered approach.
