Corporate Counsel / Solicitor (In-House), GMS

Zoetis is seeking an experienced in-house Legal Counsel / Solicitor to provide legal support to our Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS) organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive in-house experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex services, manufacturing, and strategic partner transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute to critical business initiatives. The successful candidate will be a key legal partner to the GMS teams, as well as other business units within the organization. This position provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment, engaging in cutting-edge technology transactions while contributing to policy development, risk mitigation, and process improvements. This role will report directly to the Chief Counsel, GMS and Trade Compliance, and will work closely with the Deputy Chief Counsel GMS and Indirect Procurement.
