BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN CARE PAYS BETTER HERE!: New Hourly Rates! Start at $23.00- $26.50/hr. based on experience Qualifications: To work as a Behavioral Technician at Sunshine, you must have a strong interest in providing engagement and care to Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. - Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred - 4 years of experience working directly with behaviors - 2 years of experience in a direct care capacity - 2 years of experience with creating or following a behavior plan - Experience and/or education in mental health, or e xperience with individuals with challenging behaviors required - Valid Driver’s License, good driving record and Auto Insurance - Pass criminal background, drug screen, physical & PT assessment - Able to lift 50 lbs. Job Details: Provides behavior intervention and positive focused supports to individuals with behavioral and learning challenges .
