Position Summary... Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Automation Engineering - Modular Health Analytics & Simulation to drive data-driven insights and simulation capabilities that directly reduce out-of-stock events and improve on-shelf availability across our store network. Reporting to the Director of Technology Operations - Modular Health, this role bridges analytics, measurement science, and simulation modeling to ensure every investment in shelf health is quantified, optimized, and scaled with confidence. You will own the analytics and simulation engine behind Walmart's Modular Health program - building trusted datasets, executive dashboards, pilot measurement frameworks, and simulation models that inform enterprise-level decisions on shelf-scanning solutions including fixed infrastructure, mobile robotics, and associate-enabled capture. Your work will directly influence how we allocate capital, scale pilots, and recapture sales.
