Job description

The Bartender will provide high volume beverage service to guests and cocktail servers, requiring expert mixology, speed, and accuracy in a fast paced environment. - Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes, including specialty cocktails, service bar orders for servers and manage POS (point-of-sale) transactions. - Adhere to alcohol service regulations and maintain proper par levels of all supplies. - Maintain a clean bar area. - Open/close bar according to established procedures and main - Provide friendly, fast service to patrons at the bar, utilize upselling techniques and build repeat clientele. - Set up, stock, and close down the bar, including cleaning surfaces, mopping area and managing inventory. - Must have a minimum of six months experience bartending in a high volume front bar, service bar, and/or fine dining restaurant. - Must be able to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses/certifications per Federal, State and Gaming regulations. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management. - Must be able to walk and stand f...
