Associate Vendor Management Specialist Monday-Friday 8am-5pm: Hybrid: Any CSC office or open to Remote if not within distance of a CSC office. We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our team working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, which encourages collaboration, participation, and creative thinking. An Associate Vendor Management Specialist (CNA) with a focus on business licensing will have oversight of project management, conflict resolution, issuing offices relations, analyzing data and metrics, and maintaining operating systems. As a team member, you will also help to resolve both technical and jurisdictional issues that arise daily. Your Individual Responsibilities Will Include: - Building and maintaining business license knowledge - Researching issuing office ordinances and fee schedules - Manage data systems: SharePoint, Salesforce, Client Portfolio, Knowledge Core - Exceptional CLS Business License Knowledge - Ability to analyze business license portfolio data - Communicate with jurisdictional offices at the federal, state, county, and local level to determine licensing and additional requirements - Manage high-volume workload to ensure no mi...
