Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist Division: Family & Student Support/Exceptional Student Ed./School-Level Reports To: Principal or Designee/Speech Language & Related Services Supervisor FLSA Status: Exempt: Salary Schedule: Teacher: Work Days: 190: Days plus $3,000 supplement: Qualifications: - Implement procedures, policies, and regulations approved by the federal, state, and district for identifying students with Speech and Language Impairments. - Conduct assessments, analyze data, and write reports in a timely manner to determine strengths and concerns in areas of articulation, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills. - Ensures evaluations, IEPs, and provided services are aligned with federal, state, and district guidelines. - Provide best practices and evidence-based Speech-Language services to students according to students’ IEPs and appropriately schedule students and provide services at scheduled times. - Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure that students’ skills are generalized across settings. - Research and disseminate information on best practices in the field of Speech Language Pathology as needed. - Communicate with all stakeholders...
