Responsibilities: - Provides company, regulatory, carrier or practical training for individual or group settings to new hire as well as tenured employees. - Creates milestones to be achieved through training methods and create training plans. - Conducts skill needs assessments to identify specific skill/knowledge gaps, training objectives, work situations and changes in training policies and procedures. - Coordinates trainings and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency. - Observes employees to determine the...
