UI/UX Product Designer

Job description

The UI/UX Product Designer creates excellent end-user interactions and designs the overall experience for users navigating our data-dense web-based applications and mobile applications. The UI/UX Product Designer seeks to improve the user experience by suggesting interactions that are simple, useful, scalable, accessible, and visually compelling. They collaborate with teams and individuals across a wide variety of departments as needed: Software Development, Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and external clients. Responsibilities: Creates annotated screen schematics (wireframes) and user interface specification documentation. Creates and executes usability testing plans. Works effectively with various stakeholders, including target users, to bring together an optimal product design. Takes initiative in gathering requirements and translating them into design solutions. Interviews target users to define personas and document user journeys. Facilitates workshops with product managers, content team members, target users, and technology teams to define problems and optimal user interface solutions.
