This role ensures materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed to minimize downtime and support efficient project execution across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate inventory records for HVAC equipment, parts, piping materials, and controls components - Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to support multiple divisions - Perform routine cycle counts and full physical inventory audits - Track and manage material usage across Construction, Service, Residential/Commercial, Controls, and Piping departments - Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely ordering and cost-effective procurement of materials - Manage warehouse organization to ensure efficient storage, labeling, and accessibility of inventory - Receive, inspect,...
