We are looking for a professional Implementation Engineer whose main objective will be to ensure the successful deployment, integration, and stable operation of Silent Eight solutions in customer environments, along with providing expert technical support. Responsibilities: Deployment and Configuration: Deploy and configure Silent Eight solutions in customer environments (SIT, UAT, PROD), ensuring successful integration according to project requirements and the Statement of Work (SOW). Technical Support (L2): Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (including escalated service desk tickets), perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement fixes or workarounds in collaboration with solution development teams.
