Building Maintenance Technician

Job Summary In addition to providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, the Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for managing the day to day maintenance operations for the gym. This includes the general maintenance of all equipment, electrical, plumbing, structural and landscape areas on the property, and deep cleaning of all gym zones. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain and repair all workout and spa equipment. - Service and maintain HVAC units. - Maintain and repair all plumbing fixtures. - Maintain all TV's and AV equipment. - Maintain and repair any structural fixtures on the property. - Maintain landscape on the property. - Develop and maintain maintenance schedule for the gym. - Deep clean equipment zone areas. - Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service. - Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. - Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
