IT Manager – Manufacturing Systems Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 + Bonus + Relocation Assistance Position Overview: A large-scale manufacturer of high-value metal products is seeking an experienced IT Manufacturing Manager to lead technology operations at its flagship North American facility. This role is responsible for managing mission-critical IT environments that support 24/7 production , ensuring operational stability, project success, and full compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to align IT solutions with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Operations: - Direct and guide production support teams, project deployment teams, and offshore development teams. - Maintain and oversee manufacturing applications and critical IT environments to ensure continuous plant operations. - Partner closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and corporate IT leaders to align priorities. - Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract resource onboarding.
